MEET THE COACHES

Lisa Rhoades was a successful paralegal for 18 years, but always had a passion for health and fitness. Lisa is now the owner/coach at Fit Alliance. She has spent her life pursuing optimal health, and in 2013, she became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since becoming a fitness coach and Nutrition coach, Lisa has trained clients with pre-existing and post injuries implementing the theories and corrective exercise strategies of Kinetic Integrations, and the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).
Nutrition has always been part of the picture for Lisa, and in 2014 she became a Precision Nutrition coach. Throughout the years of personal practice and coaching, Lisa has found that balance in all aspects of life is what makes a healthy lifestyle truly sustainable. She enjoys sharing the knowledge and practical application of these principals with clients and personal training students alike.
In addition to NASM and Precision Nutrition, Lisa has completed a Strong First kettlebell practical and instruction course, is FMS Level 1 and Kinetic Integrations certified and is currently teaching Nutrition at the National Personal Training Institute of Oregon.

Jordon graduated from Oregon State University with his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science (Pre-physical Therapy emphasis) in 2014. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Kinetic Integrations Exercise Professional (KIEP). He also holds a Functional Movement Screen Certification (FMS), Land and Aquatic Training for Sports Certification (AQx), and Precision Nutrition Certification
Jordon has over 10 years of experience in the fitness and Strength and Conditioning industries working with a diverse population of varying ages, ethnicities, cultures, and functional capacities. He has worked closely with athletic trainers, physical therapists, and chiropractors as a post-rehabilitative performance coach throughout the entirety of his career. Jordon also has experience coaching athletes at the high school, collegiate (Division 1), and professional levels.
Currently, Jordon teaches Anatomy, and Posture & Movement courses at the National Personal Training Institute of Oregon, and is an owner/coach at Fit Alliance. In his spare time, Jordon enjoys playing soccer, lifting weights, kayaking, hiking and eating quality food.
