Mindfully Eat Your Way Through The Holid
Compass_edited.jpg

We already figured it out…thousands of years ago!

Just to be clear, we are taking about the best method to maintaining your summer waistline through the feasting of the winter holidays.

It’s called mindful eating and it is based on the Buddhist concept of mindfulness, which involves being fully aware of what is happening within and around you at the moment.

It is such a simple concept, yet it can be very powerful when applied to the right areas of your life.

In fact, mindfulness techniques have even been offered as a way to relieve stress and alleviate problems such as high blood pressure and chronic gastrointestinal difficulties.

Research has shown that it can be beneficial in helping if you want to lose or maintain weight, struggle with emotional eating, external eating, and/or binge eating.

That’s why we are proud to announce, “The Mindfully Eat Your Way Through the Holidays Experience.”

It’s 5 weeks of in-depth nutritional coaching by a supportive & understanding community.

You will be guided by professionals, who will individualize your plan, and teach you how to stay on track so you can feel great through the holiday season.

Here’s what you get:

- Healthy Holiday Recipes (a $50 value)

- Two group coaching calls each week via Zoom ($200)

- One 30 minute 1-on-1 initial movement & nutrition consultation via Zoom ($50)

- Two 30 minute 1-on-1 coaching calls ($100)

- Daily E-mails ($50)

- New expert guest speakers each week via Zoom (Education…Priceless!)

That’s over $535 worth of value!

Donations are welcome.

100% funds received will go to our coaches to keep them employed during this time.

For the past 5 years, we have been coaching people virtually, but only since the onset of COVID-19 has it really been something that people are looking to as a viable training option.

It’s great for us because we know that we can get you phenomenal results without having to meet in person.

And it’s great for you because we know as it starts to get colder--and rainier--it’s common to want to curl up in a ball and just hibernate.

You may feel less motivated to keep up with, or start new, healthy habits like focusing on exercising regularly.

To top that all off, gyms are closed again.

So, in order to combat this, we have included 5 weeks of workouts that you can do in the comfort of your own home.

Along with the desire to curl up in a ball, as the cold & rainy weather ushers in the holidays, the desire to gather with friends and family also sets in.

And whatever you are doing this year, we hope that you are safe and there is some tasty food involved!

Who doesn’t love turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy? The list goes on, and it couldn’t be more delicious.

But remember, Thanksgiving and Christmas are only two dinners.

Please don’t let that be reason that your fitness and nutrition goals are pushed aside for 2 months.

If food is the linchpin that keeps you focused this season, then you’re in luck.

To make things easier, we have partnered with Healthy Human Meals to turn our meal plan into ready-to-eat meals prepared for you.

These meals are cooked with locally sourced ingredients and delivered 2x/week to ensure quality and freshness.

And they are guaranteed to match your calorie needs so that you don’t have to think twice about your food choices this winter!
