I have been training with Lisa and Jordon for almost 2 years now. 6 months ago I had a full knee replacement. After some complications from the surgery I am now stronger and more mobile than I was prior to the replacement. I even went camping and boating this summer! Having the joint replacement surgery was my first serious injury. I didn’t realize how much an injury can mess with your mind. At times it was difficult to stay motivated and keep anxiety at bay, but Jordon did a great job helping me set up expectations for recovery and supporting me through the entire process. On top of the surgery, I have been dealing with some stressful times at home. Fit Alliance is the one consistent thing in my life. Regardless of how challenging times can be, I know that I will be greeted with a friendly, caring smile when I show up for my workout. I always leave feeling supported and validated for recommitting to my health and fitness. Thank you for changing my life!

"Before Fit Alliance I was overweight and out of shape. Now I am consistently working towards staying on track with exercise and learning more about nutrition. It was a hard shift in mindset, but the coaches at Fit Alliance have helped me to let go of the idea that cardio is the only way to lose weight. In the small group classes, I lift weights 3 days per week and do cardio 2 days per week. I have exercises to do as a warm up to keep my shoulders healthy and I am learning to make nutrition a priority in my life. Without hesitation I can say that I am stronger than I was before, but what I love most about Fit Alliance is the small class size. It helps me stay encouraged and in a positive mindset knowing that I get to workout with friends every morning."
